Shipping Policy

  • our utmost goal is to provide best possible shipping all over india and outside.

  • the time it would take for the package to reach you will be updated in your mail after checkout 

  • we will further improve the website and and let you know a single range of time it would take for the package to reach you

Return & Refund Policy
  • Return policy

  • returns are only applicable to a full refund when the product returned is in original condition.(tag intact if possible, unworn, not washed or used in any way).

  • returns are subject to flat 50 rupees as other expenses (delivery charge, processing fee, etc) and will be deducted from the refund amount on returns.

  • in case of returns we would like our customers to take a photo during the dispatch of the product as a proof that the product is in proper condition.

  • return within 5 days from the date of delivery and in proper condition in order to get a full refund.

  • Exchange policy

  • exchanges are only applicable when the product returned is in original condition.(tag intact if possible, unworn, not washed or used in any way).

  • all exchanges are free of cost.

  • one item can be exchanged only once.(as per the order)

  • when applied for exchange we will pickup the order from your doorstep and after inspection and authorisation we will send you the exchanged product.

  • if for some reason we dont have a reverse pickup from your area you will have to courier us back the goods yourself(providing the docket is mandatory for refund of courier charges that incurred when you sent back the product).

  • return within 5 days from the date of delivery and in proper condition in order to get a full refund.

IN BOTH CASES I.E RETURNS AND EXCHANGE KEEP THE PACK IN WHICH YOUR GOODS WERE DELIVERED INTACT AS ITS IS SPECIAL PACK TO ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT DAMAGED OR TAMPERED WITH IN THE TRANSIT AND SEND THE PRODUCT THAT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED IN THAT PACK ONLY TO ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT DAMAGED IN THE TRANSIT.
